This Weeks Question:
Do you like fantasy or realistic books?
~The Realm of Books
Fantasy books all the way haha! When I read I do it to get away from the real life. I read because I like to get sucked in into a new world. Worlds that were made from the mind of someone, doesn't that sound awesome how a person's imagination can create a whole new world and share it with other people. Like Hogwarts haha! So yup fantasy books for me.
(P.S. I am doing a spotlight blog tour so if you are interested go ahead and sign up!)
I love your answer and completely agree. There's always a new world to visit or a new creature to meet. It's exciting.

Nice! And I totally agree with you! Though I took the "realistic" to mean like real world and "fantasy" to be straight up fantasy reads like LOTR! So I said I like a mix of both, basically like Harry Potter! Magic, but in our world right now kind of time! But after reading the majority of people's answers on their take of these two words, I definitely am a fantasy girl all the way!

Haha! I do read fantasy, but I read non-fantasy as well. Just to balance things out. :) New GFC and Google+ follower.
ReplyDeleteA fantasy book is definitely a great escape from reality!

Here's my FF!
I like both fantasy and realistic books, but I end up reading more of the realistic ones. So I guess I do like those better. :)
ReplyDeleteI also like to read fantasy because I will be able to escape reality for a while. It's always a nicer change than the predictability of realistic fiction. :)

There is nothing quite like getting caught up in an imaginary world - this year I've read Mortal Heart by Robin LaFevers, Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard and True Calling by Siobhan Davis.

Fantasy ALL THE WAY!! I love escaping into a new world. And it's great to escape the normal, boring world.
